Holly Moskerintz, Community Programs Outreach Manager

Holly Moskerintz is the Community Affairs Representative for the National Association of REALTORS®. She works on NAR’s Housing Opportunity and Smart Growth Programs where she plans and manages community outreach programs, conducts outreach and marketing, and provides technical assistance to state and local Realtor® associations. Holly also develops partnerships and initiatives with national and regional housing and community and economic development organizations and presents at their conferences.

Holly manages NAR’s Placemaking initiative which includes a Placemaking Guide, which Holly developed, a series of webinars, technical assistance and funding. Holly also manages NAR’s Employer-Assisted Housing (EAH) initiative including NAR’s four-hour EAH Class. She serves on a national EAH Working Group and works in partnership with other organizations to advocate for EAH.

Prior to her work at NAR, Holly worked for several associations in Washington in the legislative, communications and technology fields. Holly redesigned and managed several websites including those at the National Association of Counties, the American Bus Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She also worked implementing new technologies to disseminate information and communicate with the members at these associations including e-newsletters, blogs and discussion forums.

Holly’s major was Community Development and Planning at the Pennsylvania State University and she is a member of the International Economic Development Council and Women in Government Relations. She has completed NAR’s Green Designation and Non Profit Management Certification Program and is pursuing NeighborWorks’ Community & Development Certification and IEDC’s Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) programs. In her spare time, Holly volunteers with Lucky Dog Animal Rescue and the Washington Humane Society.
